Drone Spraying in Bay of Plenty & Waikato

Drone Spraying for Farms, Forestry & Hard-Access Land
1
Agrodrone provides precision drone spraying across Bay of Plenty, Waikato and the wider North Island. From farms and forestry blocks to orchards, wetlands, steep gullies and commercial roofs, we help apply product accurately in places where ground access is difficult, unsafe or inefficient.
Agrodrone works with farmers, orchardists, councils, DOC, contractors and commercial property owners. Our drone spraying service is used for weed control, gorse and pampas spraying, crop and pasture treatments, fertiliser spreading, seeding, roof treatment and vegetation control.
Where tractors, quad bikes or ground crews struggle, drones can help complete the job with less ground disturbance, reduced operator exposure and accurate application over difficult terrain.
Drone Spraying for Farms, Businesses and Councils
For farms and orchards, Agrodrone can support pasture weed control, crop protection, orchard treatments, fertiliser spreading and seeding. Every job is planned around the terrain, target species, product label, water rate, weather conditions and surrounding land use.

Aerial Spraying for Commercial and Council Projects
Beyond agriculture, Agrodrone helps councils, DOC, conservation groups and commercial property owners manage vegetation and pest plants. Our services include roadside weed control, wetland spraying, pampas and gorse control, sports fields, industrial sites and large roof treatment projects.
Trusted and Certified Drone Operators
Safety and compliance are at the core of every job. Agrodrone operates under a CAA Part 102 unmanned aircraft operator certificate, with RPAS Part 102 pilot certification and pilot chemical rating. We also carry public liability, aerial application liability and UAV loss and damage cover, giving clients confidence from planning through to completion.
How Our Drone Spraying Works
Our XAG drone platforms use controlled pumps, atomising nozzles and accurate flight planning to apply product consistently across the target area. Downwash helps move spray toward the target surface, while calibrated rates and mapped flight paths help reduce overlap, improve coverage and keep the operation efficient.
For larger jobs, rapid battery changes, efficient refilling and planned flight routes allow continuous operation with minimal downtime.
We offer hourly rates for spot spraying and smaller jobs, and per-hectare pricing for larger areas. Pricing depends on the area, terrain, access, product type, water rate, travel distance and job complexity. Quotes are obligation-free and tailored to each site.
